We are seeking a talented and creative Director of Marketing to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, this role is responsible for driving our marketing strategy to enhance our engagement with diverse audiences both digitally and in-person. This position is based in our Washington, DC office and follows a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office.

Salary Range and Benefits:
Our salary range for this role is between $110,000-$125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and locality. Responsibilities:
- Shape and maintain Raben's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Oversee the development and execution of compelling messaging, visual assets, and content that reflect the firm's mission and values.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase visibility, drive engagement, and support business development goals.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, website management, and SEO optimization.
- Oversee the planning and execution of key events, including thought leadership panels, conferences, and webinars.
- Oversee the creation of cohesive and compelling campaigns across all mediums, including digital, print, social, and experiential.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design software.
- Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
