What's the Job?
- Perform general office tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining record systems, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare and format documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- Organize and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes, and draft responses to routine inquiries.
- Support administrative projects by using tools such as Adobe InDesign to create and manage materials.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or project management role.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Work in a supportive, innovative, and collaborative environment.
