Role : Workday Business System Analyst We are looking for a Workday Integration Business System Analyst who will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement by bringing industry best practices to integrate various HR systems, producing actionable insights for stakeholders. Key Skills: We need a strong HCM Integration who has worked on Demographic, benefits and payroll data and understands the issues with inbound/outbound integrations. In addition, they need to have testing knowledge/experience of complex studio integrations, bidirectional integrations and APIs. General Responsibilities Lead in working with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions. Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, user task analysis, wireframing, usability testing, personalization to different clients, and user interface design. Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively leading or acting as lead in given area of expertise on agile scrum teams in various roles, including, but not limited to, Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface designer, Capability Manager, or Tester, based upon experience and need. Experience with the brand new implementation of the Workday requires 10 years of BSA experience, including 2 years in a lead role with proven ability to deliver. Experience leading and supporting Workday integrations through design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment. Detailed understanding of Workday Core framework & architecture, and knowledge on HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management and Payroll is desired. Provides estimates on effort, defining requirements, designing and developing the solution using Workday Integrations - Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio (optional). Knowledge and hands on experience with languages including XSLT, XTT/ETV. Deep understanding of Workday Web Services. Experience with iterative or agile software development methodologies. Provides guidance and mentor junior BSAs and Developers on Workday Integration tools Understanding of the technical architecture of the business applications, platforms, interfaces, and data structure. Ability to create very complex process flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate business or system process flow. Provide required business and/or subject matter expertise on most complex issues for both project and production related activities, including new strategic programs or initiatives impacting current and existing systems. Ensure compliance to require standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with the brand new implementation of the Workday requires 6 years of BSA experience, including 2 years in a lead role with proven ability to deliver.5 years of proven experience leading and supporting Workday integrations through design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment. Detailed understanding of Workday Core framework & architecture, and knowledge on HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management and Payroll is desired.
