General Purpose:
The purpose of the Testing Associate is to conduct both manual and automated inspections and tests of all tools, pumps, and gauges to the company's standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Review all documentation and instructions per HYTORC work instructions. Test and visually inspect Links, Gauges, Tools and Pumps in accordance with procedures. Apply labels onto products. Initiate the Non-Conformance identification process using 'Red Tags' and moves to Q-Stage. Create CRM's for nonconforming material as assigned. Ability to effectively communicate with others. Report any quality issues to their supervisor, examine and preform all test and inspections to HYTORC specification. Work daily with other Testing , Calibration, Shipping, Receiving, Rental Demo Dept, Quality Assurance and all warehouse associates. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education/Experience Required:
2 years of warehouse or quality experience.
Computer Skills Necessary:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to enter inspection results in company ERP system.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Strenuous physical work in testing area. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
