Job Overview:
The Staffing Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and managing schedules for field clinicians serving Home Health clients. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure proper staffing and coordination of care.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to patients and handle incoming calls to address staffing needs. Provide assistance and information to patients through call management. Develop and maintain clinicians' schedules to meet patient care requirements. Collaborate closely with field staff and intake teams to address scheduling and staffing needs. Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare field (home health care experience strongly preferred). Prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative roles. Schedule:
Regular Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Training Schedule (first few weeks): Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compliance Requirements:
