We are looking for an experienced
Business Intelligence Analyst
for ProMach’s Systems & Process business unit. This group encompasses 21 go-to-market brands and offers a diverse range of equipment and services for processing and packaging machinery production lines. The business unit's offerings include processing and packaging integration and engineering services, digital intelligence, conveyor systems, sterilization systems, tray packaging, flow wrapping, pouch packaging, and more.
Key responsibilities of this role include…
Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry trends, market opportunities, customer behaviors, and emerging technologies. Evaluate market size, growth potential, and market share to inform strategic decisions. Competitive Analysis : Track and analyze competitor activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, financial performance, and strategic initiatives. Create detailed competitor profiles and benchmarking reports to support competitive positioning. Business Strategy Insight : Provide insights into the overall business strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analyses. Marketing Strategy Support : Collaborate with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights for campaign development and execution. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Insights Communication:
Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and insights to brand teams, including technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support business objectives and align intelligence efforts with business goals Who we’re looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Data Science Three (3) to Five (5) years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods industries Prior experience using Salesforce, preferred, or a similar tool to create dashboards and projects Proven ability to utilize Project Management principles to run multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment Proven familiarity with strategic tools to produce data models Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across a broad scope of technological capability
