We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Business Partner who can work remotely from any of the following states: AR, OK, MO, ME, TX, SC, TN, KS, FL, NJ, NY or LA.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Services Business Partner role provides support to the Operations Team while assisting other departments with key interests. This role focuses on effective communication, project organization, and administrative support to ensure continues improvement to the department.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create and deliver, through various platforms, internal communication throughout the Operations Organization. Research and scope impact of recommended system changes across all departments. Planning, organizing, and managing Field Services team meetings, resolving overlapping commitments, and protecting time for priorities. Coordinating logistics for meetings, including travel and hotel accommodations and other arrangements including meals, reservations, and communications. Creating PowerPoint presentations and accompanying material. Jira Ticket submittals and verifications. Creation of new Jira Tickets, Management (schedule and identify appropriate stakeholders) of UAT, Closure of Jira Tickets, and communication to stakeholders. Develop and send weekly FSM Notifications. Manage and communication of new FSM training documents. Management of ongoing FAQ updates. Monitoring and communicating FSM system upgrades. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience in communication or administrative role in a corporate environment. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and meticulous analytical capability Business partner mentality with ability to influence others without direct position power while earning credibility and trust. Strong ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects successfully while maintaining an even-keel approach and commitment to deadlines. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Must be a self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them. Exceptional attention to detail and sense of urgency in resolving issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take initiative and problem solve independently.
