SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST The Select Group is currently hiring for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join as a resource for one of our clients within the E-Learning industry that will work a hybrid model in Raleigh, NC. This Analyst will be joining the Virtual Learning business division for this client, focusing on a large CRM migration from their current e-commerce platform to Salesforce. This projects entails ensuring each technical and functional stakeholders are aligned with the business-to-consumer (B2C) model which enables scalability and continuous improvement, positioning the business for long-term success. Ideally this Analyst will have a proven history of similar projects where they have utilized Salesforce Service Cloud, because a large part of this initiative is focused on resolving customer issues, tracking resolution processes, and minimize customer touchpoints which will all be done within Service Cloud. SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Consultant with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud project experience Expertise in gathering requirements, process mapping, and data analysis Must have experience leading Salesforce Implementations and Migrations and be able to speak to the project in depth Includes Configurations and customizations Familiarity with Data Migration tools and techniques Must have strong communication skillsfit for leading teams cross functionally Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with stakeholders to define custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports needed in Salesforce Coordinate and support the migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations Identify data quality issues, map data between legacy systems and Salesforce, and recommend solutions for data cleansing and enrichment Perform data validation and reconciliation after the migration process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transferred data Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements Analyze current business processes and systems to understand pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to Salesforce migration Facilitate communication between business teams, IT, Salesforce developers, and third-party vendors
