Position Summary: The Financial Coordinator plays a critical role in our manufacturing process. This position is responsible for setting up all part numbers, ingredients and finished products into the system using JD Edwards. Responsible for ensuring that all components have a standard cost and setup accurately. Additionally, in charge of managing the setup of all Bills of Materials and their regular maintenance which includes keeping track and executing recipe changes. This candidate needs to possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Furthermore, this role will interact closely with I&D, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering departments.

What you will Do:

Manage all Item Master functions, including creation of new resource numbers for all parts and finished goods. Create UPC and Case GTINs for all branded goods. Responsible for unit of measure conversions Activate all items as requested by cross functional teams, must ensure all goods have a standard cost upon activation Analyze, edit, and create bills of materials in a timely manner, accurately and efficiently Maintain yield table and upload substitutions Build collaborative relationships with business partners Performs other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree Minimum 4 years experience in similar position (preferably in fresh produce manufacturing) JD Edwards knowledge and proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Gmail, Google sheets, docs, slides, and high traffic chat spaces Strong analytical skills which allow to identify opportunities for improvement Strong oral and written communication skills Desired Qualifications:

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization Capable of working independently, under pressure, and able to prioritize tasks A proven track record of results with a bias for action A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
