Pay: $26.44 - 31.25 an hour

Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas is the U.S. business unit of France based Groupe Bonduelle (BON.PA). We are the first business unit of Groupe Bonduelle to become a Certified B Corporation. We operate three processing facilities throughout the U.S. and employ nearly 3,000 Associates who focus on producing and bringing to market fresh vegetable products, prepared salads and plant-rich meal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and interpret numerical statistical data for all supporting departments (QA, EH&S, Production, etc)
- Reconcile data collection from all systems and applications (I.E Tableau, etc)
- Monitor trends based on data collection and report out recommendations based on data findings.
- Program and code for daily production.
- Define project scopes and needs.
- Build reporting dashboards or structures to maintain and improve information databases.
- Create graphs, infographics, and other visualizations for management.
- Collaborate and assess business needs with management.
- Build collaborative relationships with business partners.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- At least 2-5 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and proven track record of results with bias for action.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to utilize time and resources effectively and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science or other related field
- Experience with Tableau
- Other skills, systems experience, competencies (results oriented…), computer abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
- A proven track record of results with a bias for action
- A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
