We are seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our communication strategies, ensuring that all messaging aligns with our organization's goals and values. As the Communications Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to create engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases. Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational goals. Create and curate engaging content for various channels including social media, websites, and newsletters. Assist in writing and distributing press releases, articles, and other marketing materials. Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for communication materials. Support event planning and execution, ensuring effective promotion and coverage. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in communications or marketing roles, ideally within a non-profit environment. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
