You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver outstanding experiences that leave a lasting impact. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute events, including corporate functions, product launches, and brand activations. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event logistics. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Create event timelines and oversee day-of-event operations to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback. Supervise event setup, decorations, and technical requirements. Conduct post-event evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in event coordination or a related role. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
