The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring the effective gathering, tracking, and analysis of requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience in creating comprehensive process models and documentation.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives. Collaborate with leadership and technical architects to define business and technical strategies. Conduct requirements gathering sessions and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Create detailed process models, diagrams, and related documentation to support project implementation and decision-making. Leverage digital platform tools such as Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure to streamline business processes and meet project needs. Communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure compliance with healthcare program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Monitor project progress and provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to healthcare program solutions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably within healthcare or government projects. Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Proven ability to create process models, diagrams, and other technical documentation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences. Familiarity with digital platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Desired Skills: Knowledge of healthcare program policies and regulations, particularly those focused on program integrity. Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO. Experience with agile development methodologies.
