Description

Provide GL Accountant level accounting assistance to the Accounting team. Primary focus around general ledger, reconciliations, invoicing, fixed asset processing and roll forwards, and inter-company monitoring. Responsibilities will apply to multiple entities.

Qualifications

Essential Functions

1. Responsible for general ledger entries.
2. Reconcile general ledger/subledger balances & research discrepancies.
3. Prepare weekly/monthly invoices and submit to customers.
4. Assist in maintaining fixed asset subledger.
5. Following internal controls.
6. Internal communications with other related entities accounting staff for intercompany payables and receivables.
7. Interaction with operational personnel for invoicing questions and as necessary to perform job function.
8. Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors degree in accounting

Experience:

• 2-3 years Accounting Experience (Public company experience preferred)
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating system and suite of tools preferred
• Experience with Dynamics GP preferable, but not required
