Logistics Coordinator

LHH has partnered with a growing client to assist them in finding their next Logistic Coordinator. They will oversee the daily operations of the logistics process including product acquisition, distribution, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
  • Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including shipping, import/export, and customs paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage logistics budgets.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
