HRIS Analyst

LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our healthcare client's team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of HR processes and data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Analyze HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HRIS documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in HRIS administration, data management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
