Integrated Polymer Solutions - RMB Products is seeking a Product Engineer who is responsible for developing "Design for Manufacturing" to customer specifications. The Product Engineer will work with all related departments to ensure that the completion of the product (new and existing) moves through the production flow seamlessly.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred)

Job Accountabilities:
- Kespons1ble tor the design of products and tooling tor a rotational molding manufacturing process.
- Includes the design of molds and related tooling to produce products to customer specifications in a cost-efficient manner. Drawings will be produced by CAD utilizing the principles of good mechanical and tool design practice.
- Responsible for taking projects from Beginning through product launch in their entirety.
- The position will support the requirements of and resolve engineering and tool related problems in Production Molding and Assembly.
- Develop labor and material cost estimates and estimated completion dates for tooling activities and engineering design.
- Position requires interface with all functions Production Operations, Quality Control, Purchasing, Sales and customer.
- Experienced in regulated industries.
- Work with sales and customers on product quotes and feasibility
- The engineer is responsible for ensuring that all documents related to work performed on his/her project are accurate and complete.
- Experienced in using SolidWorks CAD software
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
- General knowledge of Plastic working such as rotational molding, injection molding, machining etc.
- Must be able to perform organizational skills related, but not limited to, customer projects
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred)
Years' Experience: 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing/design field
