You will support the POV, recommendations, and deployment of Data Systems Tools (DST) used on the business. You will be the Carat contact for tools, technology, and platforms used for the client. You will develop guidance, implementation, and recommendations to gain the most value from DSTs. You will support SVP with marketplace intel, measurement & currency solutions, and in senior client engagement. To succeed: Produce outputs faster and more custom than P&G (including reports, direct guidance, operational capabilities). Use a cross-brand (and marketplace) lens for evaluating media delivery, and introduce perspectives that the clients may not have considered. Foster and instill a ‘data-mindset’. Ensure the team’s scoped deliverables are done on time, without mistakes. Experience: 7+ years experience across media tracking, measurement, and/or planning/buying, including Client management. Experience with digital Ad Tech platforms including Adservers, Viewability providers, Audience measurement providers (Nielsen DAR, Comscore vCE, etc.), and DSPs. Experience with TV and Radio media tracking is a plus. Familiarity with media measurement solutions (Sales Lift Studies, MMMs, MTAs, offline sales solutions). Experience with MS SQL, Power Pivot, R or Python, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Excellent influential communication (both written and verbal) and delegation skills.
