Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the SSA will be responsible for a variety of professional tasks related to the overall administrative functioning of the Energy Division. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Management Team and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating interviews and meetings, providing agendas, and by printing and distributing reports. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing guidance to all Energy Division employees regarding complex timekeeping issues, which includes processing Employee Timesheets (ETS), providing resources on the usage of leave balances, assist with Compensating Time Off (CTO) paperwork, liaising between CPUC HR Transactions Unit and the division employees.
