We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Tampa Bay area.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on educational, commercial, or municipal projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. Benefits:
