Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities The role of Platform President plays a crucial part in shaping the company’s future and ensuring its success. It requires a visionary leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. This position is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, execution plans, and operational oversight to ensure the platform’s success and growth. The President works closely with the executive team, leading the organization in achieving its goals, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive work culture. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement clear vision, mission, and strategic short & long-term goals. Strengthen the platform’s brand identity and build a strong, customer focused and service-based culture. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and developing innovative service offerings. Ability to cultivate potential M&A targets throughout Platform geography. Set strategic priorities and guide the organization towards achieving its long-term objectives. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adapt the company’s strategies accordingly.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, including sales, customer service, field operations, and administration. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate company performance. Implement best practices, processes, and tools to optimize productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and organic growth. Ensure smooth integration of acquired business units.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to achieve organic growth and profitability targets. Responsibly manage resources and investments to drive revenue growth and cost optimization. Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and other relevant data to make informed fact-based decisions, implement corrective actions when necessary, and ensure profitability. Prepare and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a high-performing and motivated servant leadership team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, positive, and productive work environment. Develop and execute talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to attract, retain and develop top industry professionals. Set clear performance expectations, evaluate employee performance, and implement succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Promote a culture of growth, excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement throughout the organization to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor customer feedback, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, industry associations, regulatory bodies and other Anticimex group entities and shareholders.
Regulatory & Policy Compliance:
Stay updated with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Implement and maintain effective health and safety protocols to protect employees and customers. Ensure adherence to all applicable Anticimex group policies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or 6+ years of equivalent experience in a service-related field Proven track record of at least 6+ years in senior leadership roles within pest control or a related field In-depth knowledge of pest control products, techniques, and regulations is preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and profitability. Required Skills Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Exceptional people leadership skills and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic planning, sales, marketing, customer service, service delivery and execution skills. Supervisory Responsibilities Effectively manage, motivate and empower leadership team, including branch managers. Set clear requirements and performance goal expectations on all units, and hold leaders accountable to the same. Provide constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations. With guidance from HR, implement disciplinary actions up to and including termination. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel extensively nationally and internationally.
