Rate: $80/hr on W2 OR $95/hr on C2C
The Workday Project Manager will be responsible for managing medium to large and/or complex ERP programs and projects throughout and its affiliated business. This role will be mainly focus on HR/Payroll projects and will be supporting Finance, Supply Chain and reporting projects as needed. Experience and knowledge about HR are essential. This may include, but is not limited to, Workday or technology that integrates with Workday to support the patient care outcomes and/or business results. The focus will be to design, plan, manage and implement the highest priority strategic business initiatives with significant financial, process, information systems and organizational impacts that span across multiple business lines and functions. Key attributes include the ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors, quickly and comprehensively assess and address issues associated with supported initiatives, and the ability to identify and implement improvements within the overall project delivery process. The incumbent will be expected to support and utilize company Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices and to contribute in the department's effort to institutionalize project management, program management, change management and lean processes throughout the enterprise. This position reports directly to the responsible IT AVP, with direct functional alignment to the Workday Program and Technical Leaders. Physical Requirements: 1. Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 pounds), bend, etc., hand and wrist dexterity to utilize computer. Environmental Conditions Critical to Performance: 1. 2. Work is in an office environment, climate controlled through central air conditioning. Skills and Abilities: 1. Active Workday PM certification. Certification in Workday HCM or other Workday HR subject areas is a plus. Expertise in Workday methodology. 2. Knowledge of major HR functions and familiar with end to end HR business processes. 3+ years' experience required. 3. Project Life Cycle Implementation experience with medium to large corporate systems managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing work across various functional teams and vendor services. 3+ years' experience required. 4. Experience in managing project implementations, including, but not limited to: Workday, other ERP technology, business transformation, business intelligence within the healthcare industry. 3+ years' experience required. 5. Knowledge of Strategic Planning to plan and facilitate discussions/ sessions to elicit and translate business needs into technology requirements and long-term strategies; Ability to focus on business outcomes and ensure successful technology adoption. 6. Technology Project Management expertise and experience in managing the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional system development projects, and the ability manage and develop scope, project plan, schedules, issues, budget and effectively communicate status of projects and requests. Experience in using project management tools such as MS Project and Monday.com. 7. Strong 3rd party developer, vendor and supplier management including sourcing and oversight of 3rd party vendors, developers and suppliers. 8. Demonstrated experience in technical business analysis to assess the impact of new project and business requests, processes and data changes on systems. Demonstrated understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice. 9. Ability to analyze and recommend how to improve user experience and re-engineer business/ technology processes. 10.
