CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job Summary Director of Clinical Services roles and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, guiding program direction and growth, monitoring, and management of program resources, overseeing coordination of service delivery, implementing services and programming for best practices of integrity and care to members, personnel administration and supervision for staff designated as regional Idaho Crisis Mobile Teams (CMT). This position is listed as requiring an independently licensed behavioral health professional who ensures the provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services. This position will coordinate with community partners, business leaders, stakeholders, and other agency programming to promote CBI's values and mission. The Director of Clinical Services provides an essential role in the delivery of CBI's mission to Maintain the Dignity of Human Life.
Skills/Requirements:
Master's degree from a CSWE-accredited program in counseling or social work required. 3-4 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS Independently Licensed Professional with The Idaho Division of Occupational & Professional Licenses as Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor. Current ID Driver's License (valid and in good standing). Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record. ID Background Check Clearance CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!
