THIS ROLE:

As the Pursuits Data Coordinator at Curtin Maritime, you will will play a critical role in gathering and maintaining accurate data, sourcing industry opportunities and supporting the management team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365, along with a strong background in the marine industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Assist in the collection, organization, and maintaining of industry related opportunities. Track opportunity information and maintain accurate records of project statuses. Generate reports using Dynamics 365 to support project tracking and decision-making. Conduct research to identify new opportunities within the marine sector. Prepare preliminary project summaries and assist with data input into the database. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate project management efforts. Travel as required to attend meetings and site visits related to projects. WHO YOU ARE:

Skills, Aptitudes, Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field. Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 preferred, including knowledge of reporting and database functions. Experience in data coordination, preferably within the construction or dredging industry. Proficiency in data management software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and database tools. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. Familiarity with FOIA processes and public sector procurement. Federal procurement a plus. Understand the importance of, and taking pride in and responsibility for, mastering the small things before mastering the big ones. Successful in tracking and following up with multiple sources. Understand and respect the chain of command. Continuously demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership by being pro-active in all situations/tasks.
