Description

The Lead Platform Administrator is responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of NetSuite and other enterprise systems as needed. This role works closely with the Enterprise Systems Manager and other departments to support various business processes, drive user adoption, and maximize the platform's effectiveness. The Lead Platform Administrator also handles integration tasks, user management, and data security within assigned enterprise systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administer and manage NetSuite and other enterprise systems as needed, including user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, and security settings. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, including custom objects, fields, and automation. Provide technical expertise to system integrations, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Provide ongoing support and training to system users, addressing issues and enhancing user adoption. Support data quality within NetSuite, including data import/export, deduplication, and cleansing, defining best practices and processes for Data Owners. Develop and maintain NetSuite reports and features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities. Collaborate with the Enterprise Systems Manager on system enhancements, upgrades, and projects. Ensure compliance with relevant data security standards and organizational policies within the NetSuite environment and other enterprise systems as needed. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the administration, support, or implementation of enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems. A combination of relevant education and experience will be also be considered. Strong understanding of NetSuite best practices, including security, data management, and process automation. Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party apps. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with compliance standards such as CMMC is preferred.
