Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends and customer comments to improve user experience on vitamix.com. Research competitor websites to analyze enhancements and trends. Work with the User Experience, Digital and DTC teams to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements. The ideal candidate will also possess:
Alignment with Vitamix’s culture and Guiding Principles which defines its Purpose, Mission, and Values. Expertise around Vitamix competencies: Conscientiousness, Customer Focus, Team Orientation, Drive for Results Proficient in MS Office Excellent analytical and organizational skills Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information in a clear, focused and concise manner Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees in a team-oriented environment High level of professionalism and maturity Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time and to required specifications in a high-pressure environment Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Junior or Senior is a plus.
