Job Description
Manage and maintain HRIS/HRIT systems to ensure robust data reporting. Work collaboratively with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionalities. Provide technical support to HR and other departments as needed. Conduct HRIS/HRIT system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Develop and implement HRIS/HRIT system training for HR and other staff. Create and generate reports to support HR and business decisions. Support SuccessFactors implementations and ongoing optimizations to reduce reliance on external vendors. Manage vendors and engage with internal stakeholders across the greater business. The Successful Applicant
A successful HRIS/HRIT Partner should have:
A strong technical background, in HRIS/HRIT or related field. Must be certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Excellent knowledge and experience in Business Services. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments. What's on Offer
