ATTORNEYS TITLE FUND SERVICES
The
Solutions Architect
is an innovative technical partner for solution delivery that moves the business channel technology and capability roadmap forward. The Solutions Architect will define technology solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements for multiple delivery teams. Delivers enhanced and optimized UX and CX by leveraging product-focused solution architecture at the business capability / system component / service level to deliver new features, enhancements to existing features and address deficiencies. Guides and mentors other team members towards continuous improvement and scalable platform architecture strategies. May execute complex development tasks as a contributor to key projects. Works to drive the product delivery team across the full development stack towards business solutions delivery by establishing standards, practice improvements, business process optimization and enterprise architectural strategy.
*This position is hybrid and requires working in the Orlando office Tuesday-Wednesday each week. Only local candidates will be considered at this time.
Responsible to: Engage with business stakeholders and collaborate with IS personnel to define system scope and objectives. Develop and maintain technical and architectural designs for applications in assigned portfolio. Mentor and provide guidance to team members. Define key system components in detail as required. Drive focus and visibility towards earned business value through technology implementation. Consult on and contribute to complex development efforts; review documentation, enforce and model standards and best practices to others. Establish roadmaps and plans for both business process improvement and architectural evolution, in alignment with enterprise standards and strategies. Lead and facilitate standards and practice iterative improvement initiatives. Participate in technical architecture planning with development teams and enterprise architecture teams to drive business continuity and scale. Participate in solutions architecture planning with product owners and stakeholders to govern, measure and drive business value. EXPERTISE:
Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems design and development. Has broad awareness of the business capability and features for which solutions are designed. Demonstrated ability to establish and effectively communicate technical plans Demonstrated ability to perform Solution Architect role within multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) EXPERIENCE:
Typically has a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Strong experience designing and implementing modern web applications and service-oriented or microservice architectures, preferably focusing on Microsoft technologies and Typescript or JavaScript Demonstrated ability to design technical solutions and effectively communicate design to a project/work team to drive successful solutions delivery• Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities in thick client and web applications and multi-tier or distributed architectures Strong experience with build and release management, source control (GIT, TFS), change control, code review, code quality and security scanning tools Experience designing and developing with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular) and the NPM ecosystem strongly preferred Knowledge and / or experience in implementing Cloud-Native Solutions and Continuous Integration strategies is a plus Knowledge and / or experience in implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and Continuous Delivery strategies is also a plus Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience. Communication and Interpersonal skills:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. At a minimum, the ability to work from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday. Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person. #LI-MB1
