Are you a passionate AI Product Owner with Palantir experience ready to support the leading edge of scientific and healthcare advancements in the Federal Government today?

ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H-enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a Palantir and AI Product Owner, you will provide support and thought leadership to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. This role supports the Office of Information Technology and Data Innovation (ITDI).

What you will do:

Develop and Execute AI and Data Integration Strategies:

Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI tools into operational workflows, ensuring that AI capabilities are aligned with ARPA-H objectives and data management needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI algorithms into the Palantir platform for actionable insights. Lead change management efforts related to the adoption and integration of AI tools and data-driven processes, helping users understand, adopt, and leverage new technologies. Develop training and support materials for stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions when implementing Palantir and AI-based solutions. Manage the Product Lifecycle:

Utilize your extensive knowledge of Palantir platforms (AIP, Foundry, Gotham, Apollo) to define product vision, roadmap, and specifications for AI and operational data management tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. Take ownership of the product lifecycle for Palantir and AI-driven solutions, from ideation/conceptualization through development, deployment, and iteration. Stay current with scientific advancements:

Actively track and analyze new research findings in this field. Identify and propose emerging methodologies and technologies that could enhance the program's progress. Participate in scientific discussions and presentations, contributing your expertise to the program's overall knowledge base. Collaborate effectively within a diverse team:

Build strong relationships with computational scientists, engineers, and other scientific advisors involved in the program. Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward. Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000

General Description of Benefits

Master's in computer science, or related field. 11 years minimum AI experience Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write scientific reports. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
