Job Description
Our Recruiting Coordination team is committed to operational excellence. We partner with our Recruiters to build efficient interview processes, laying the foundation for an outstanding candidate experience.
YOU WILL TAKE ON THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes, collaborating closely with candidates to schedule their remote and on-site interviews ? Determine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewers ? Maintain accurate and timely data in our applicant tracking system ? Collect and process interview feedback while maintaining discretion ? Ensure candidates have a positive experience during their interview process ? Greet and manage onsite administration for candidates visiting our New York offices ? Ad-hoc project support
YOU SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: ? 1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting ? Bachelors in any field ? Excellent attention to detail and strong foresight ? Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment ? Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve solutions in real time ? Ability to prioritize planned work with real-time partner support ? Driven by process and systems-minded ? Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal ? Preferred skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sophisticated functions and formulas)
