Assess therapeutic treatment planning and service delivery using best practice treatment modalities for children to facilitate age-appropriate independence in gross motor coordination, balance, strengthening activities, and motor planning activities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitoring the progress of each child through analysis of data and making necessary modifications. Evaluate physical and social environmental conditions for optimal function, learning, independence, health, and stability. Demonstrate and model effective and therapeutic intervention strategies. Provide coaching and consultation to staff for continuity and generalization across settings. Collaborate with all members of the team. Assess, recommend, and ensure that children are provided with proper adaptive equipment. Qualifications:
Physical therapy degree from accredited university and state PT license. Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities.
