Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Dashboard (reporting and visualization) Design and Configuration Help us launch Workday's People Analytics Module (AI delivered module) Update current D&I dashboards/insights to match revised Office of Inclusion and Diversity targets/priorities Modify existing HCM Dashboards to support ongoing data requests at scale - including trending/historical view Support Global Report Catalog Design, QA Create Workday HR reporting/dashboards (Absence, Total Rewards, Compensation, HCM Core, Performance Management) to support Executive Data needs

Requirements:
HR Background/Experience (required) Strong analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills Problem solving and critical thinking capability Workday expertise and ability to advise on best practices Experience with Workday Report Writer/Dashboarding, Prism (a plus) Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization tools) Microsoft Suite proficiency (advanced Excel) Bachelors degree, preferred in Business, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science or related discipline (but not required to be in these disciplines). Masters preferred At least 3+ years of relevant work experience and 2+ years experience as a data analyst: Connecting data (HR, Finance, Market Research or Operations data preferred) to quickly break down objectives into key questions and information requirements Ability to create models to provide insights on decisions (trends, correlations, "What ifs") and forecasting. Demonstrated experience working with real-world data
