Our client is seeking a
Strategic Sourcing Analyst
to support their dynamic supply chain operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing performance across demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory management. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend actionable strategies that drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Here's what you'll do: Lead and enhance the SIOP/S&OP processes using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Design and implement data collection and analytics methods to support decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards for tracking supplier performance and supply chain metrics. Collaborate across departments and with remote teams to ensure cohesive supply chain strategies. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement supply chain optimizations. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sourcing metrics and KPIs using Power BI. Support the supply chain team in driving purchasing process improvements and contract management. Job Requirements
Here's what you'll need:
Minimum of 2 years in data mining, analysis, and reporting within purchasing or finance. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with experience in SQL, Power BI, and MRP/ERP systems. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
