Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Kandi America in Dallas, TX. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, benefits, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
- Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and maintain accurate employee records.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese or Spanish is desired.
