Are you a people person who loves creating positive experiences? The York Revolution is looking for friendly and dependable individuals to join our team as Ushers. Be a vital part of game-day excitement while helping fans enjoy their visit to WellSpan Park!

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome Fans and Guide Them to Their Seats: Be the first point of contact in ensuring fans find their seats with ease and a smile.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist fans throughout the event, addressing questions and resolving any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain the Seating Area: Prepare for a great fan experience by cleaning off seats prior to the game.
  • Stay Active: Enjoy a dynamic shift on your feet, moving up and down stairs while overseeing your assigned section.
  • Handle Situations with Maturity: Help resolve any issues that may arise in your section with patience and understanding.
What We Offer:
  • Hourly Pay: Earn $10.00 per hour for 3-4 hours per game shift.
  • Flexible, Game-Day Hours: Fit work around your schedule during Revolution home games.
  • Be Part of the Action: Experience the thrill of baseball while helping fans have a memorable night.

The York Revolution are a member of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB), a partner league to Major League Baseball. The Revolution host over 200,000 fans a year at WellSpan Park annually for baseball events, and many more for non-baseball community events.
