Rally Crew - 2025 Event Staff

Are you ready to be at the center of the action and help energize the crowd? The York Revolution is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Rally Crew! As part of this high-energy team, you'll help create unforgettable moments for our fans through on-field entertainment and crowd engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Crowd: Coordinate and perform exciting on-field entertainment during breaks in the game, keeping the energy high and the fans excited.
• Cheer and Dance: Be the primary cheerleader for the crowd, engaging fans with chants, dances, and interactive moments.
• Assist with Promotions: Help distribute playbills at entry gates and sign up fans for on-field contests and events.
• Stay Active: Be on your feet for the majority of your approximately 4-hour shift, running, dancing, and keeping the crowd pumped up!

What We Offer:

• Hourly Pay: Earn $10.00 per hour for creating an electrifying atmosphere at WellSpan Park.
• Exciting, Fun Work Environment: Be part of a dynamic, high-energy team dedicated to providing fans with an unforgettable game-day experience.
• Flexible, Game-Day Hours: Work during York Revolution home games, engaging with fans and helping make the experience memorable.

What You Bring:

• A fun, energetic personality with a passion for entertaining and engaging with the crowd.
• Comfortable performing and engaging with an audience-background in theater or performance is a plus!
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with the public in a positive, engaging way.
• Physical ability to stay active, run, and dance during inning breaks.
