You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect and analyze data, and leverage analytical tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement. JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data related to process performance using statistical tools and techniques. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Process Improvement Methodologies: Use Lean Six Sigma tools to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall productivity.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of process inefficiencies or deviations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted improvement strategies.
- Process Documentation and Mapping: Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to clearly document current processes, proposed changes, and improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and improved processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and stakeholders, to gather insights, align objectives, and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance. Monitor performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of process changes by providing training, guidance, and support to stakeholders. Ensure successful adoption of changes and address any resistance or barriers.
- Continuous Learning and Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement. Share knowledge and contribute to the development of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Training and Coaching: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles. Foster a culture of innovation and accountability throughout the organization.
- Project Management: Manage process improvement projects, including establishing project plans, timelines, and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, AutoCAD).
- Advanced knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis.
- Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Change management expertise to drive and support process changes while addressing resistance and ensuring successful adoption.
- Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or reverse distribution.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required); Black Belt (preferred).
- Requires light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature as well as periods of prolonged sitting.
- The incumbent is accountable to the VP of Operations for interpreting and fulfilling the above responsibilities and others, which may be assigned.
- Works closely with all Departments.
