Responsibilities:

  1. Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed.
  3. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  4. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff.
  5. Assisting with office organization and administrative tasks.
  6. Creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets using Google Docs or Microsoft Docs.
  7. Coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
  8. Providing administrative support to various departments as required.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant.
  3. Proficiency in computer operations and software applications, including Google Docs or Microsoft Docs.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
