Responsibilities:

- Greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff.
- Assisting with office organization and administrative tasks.
- Creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets using Google Docs or Microsoft Docs.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications, including Google Docs or Microsoft Docs.
