We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the non-profit sector, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves providing essential support to our Department of Monitoring and Evaluation, where you will assist with important administrative and data management functions, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's processes.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in the collection, analysis, tracking, and management of data critical for the monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Draft and type various business documents such as memos and meeting minutes.
• Maintain and organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
• Act as a point of contact for requests and inquiries, delivering timely and efficient responses for the monitoring and evaluation department.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and interpret data relevant to various organizational projects.
• Conduct routine administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.• Proficient in answering inbound calls with a detail oriented demeanor and providing excellent customer service.
• Skilled at performing data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and speed.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring prompt and detail oriented responses.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, displaying strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of performing tasks such as data analysis and report generation.
• Expertise in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating, editing, and presenting compelling presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting various documents.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
