Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Overtime available)

Job Description:
The Legal Receptionist serves as the front line of our operations, handling a variety of essential tasks that keep the firm running smoothly. If you are organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow within a thriving law firm, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Greet clients, attorneys, vendors, and other visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries with efficiency.
Call Management:
- Operate as a switchboard operator to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Route calls accurately and promptly to the appropriate individuals.
Mail Processing:
- Collect, open, scan, and upload incoming mail, including bills, medical records, and legal notices.
- Ensure documents are properly attached to the correct case file and notify the assigned attorney or paralegal.
Office Support:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, including ordering and cleaning up after lunches.
Reliability & Professionalism:
- Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
- Handle tasks with a dependable and proactive approach, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by the firm.
Qualifications:
Skills & Attributes:
- Reliability is a must — punctuality and dependability are critical.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
- Experience in a legal or high-volume professional environment is a plus.
