Capstone Search Advisors has over 100+ years working exclusively in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, and Sales/Marketing industry. You will be joining a Sanford Rose Associates network of over 167+ executive search firms worldwide that are experiencing triple-digit growth! We are looking to add a Search Consultant to our Independence, OH office. An ideal candidate would have agency recruiting experience and enjoys prospecting and building client relationships.Your Responsibilities:Sourcing and interviewing qualified candidatesIncreasing the volume & quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of up-and-coming tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods.Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns on LinkedIn based on the target audience for securing new clients & job orders.Data aggregation and organization in ATS followed with outbound communication.Managing company and individual newsfeeds on various social media platforms, i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.The Benefits of working with our team:Compensation package: Base Salary + Monthly & Quarterly bonus program.Unlimited PTO after 30 days of employmentHybrid schedule for the right candidateTeam outings to sports games and other team building eventsSales incentive tripsIdeal Background:2 years of Agency Recruiting experience and interest in Sales.A college education is excellent but having "true grit" is what truly matters.You are goal oriented and an achiever, with examples of success in life.You have great listening skills and ask good questions.
