We are looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer that is looking to be challenged, rewarded and be a part of a technical team. What a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will do:

• Design and modify processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for competitive advantage
• Prepare project plans, reports, and equipment requests
• Supervise and audit production testing
• Create mechanical drawings and specs for equipment and facilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and present proposals to management and vendors

What you need to be a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in PLC programming, CAD, and process control systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems and project management
• Experience with rubber, plastic extrusion, or mixing technologies is a plus
