Key Responsibilities
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for records management.
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed.
- Cross-reference information with source documents to ensure data accuracy.
- Respond to requests for data retrieval and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Follow company policies and guidelines regarding data entry and confidentiality.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
