Data Entry Clerk , you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely input of information into our systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. You will collaborate with various departments to support the smooth functioning of our operations.
Key Responsibilities Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for records management. Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed. Cross-reference information with source documents to ensure data accuracy. Respond to requests for data retrieval and ensure timely and accurate delivery. Follow company policies and guidelines regarding data entry and confidentiality. Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
