Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven success in sales, especially within the apparel sector. A proactive self-starter with a keen passion for sales and achievement of sales targets. Strong background in textiles and/or apparel, with experience in B2B and consultative sales. Experience working with cross-functional teams including product development and sourcing. Exceptional presentation and influencing skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Demonstrates strategic economic thinking and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus ability to manage financial analysis and profitability models. Ability to handle multiple business priorities and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred: Experience with Asia supply chains and 7+ years in apparel sales.
