Certifications: BLS, RDCS or RCS
Must-Have:
- Experience with Neonate, Peds, and Adult Transthoracic; Adult Transesophageal; Adult Stress Echo (Exercise Dobutamine)
- Proficiency with Ultrasound Enhancing Agents (i.e., Definity) and Microcavitation Studies
- Familiarity with equipment: Philips IE33, Philips Epic, Siemens SC2000, Mckesson, Cerner/Radnet, Allscripts, Arcport
- PEDS/NEONATE experience
Job Description:
- Perform echocardiography procedures, including adult transthoracic and stress echocardiograms.
- Use ultrasound enhancing agents and conduct microcavitation studies.
- Float between inpatient and outpatient settings, including outpatient adult TTE.
- Rotate to different shifts as required, including on-call weekday and weekend rotations.
- Comply with dress code, wearing eggplant scrubs.
- Work collaboratively in a non-invasive cardiology department setting.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
