Upscale Dining Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Build and retain a talented team by fostering a people-first culture.
- Implement comprehensive training programs to maintain the highest standards for all team members.
- Provide daily supervision and leadership for both hourly and salaried staff.
- Drive sales growth through exceptional operations and community engagement.

Upscale Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.

- Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining environments (preferred).
- Proven track record of operational success and stability in previous roles.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, scheduling, and inventory.
