Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Upscale Restaurant Manager
Proven ability to lead effectively and delegate responsibilities
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on management of a large team in a high-volume setting
Coordinate daily operations across both front and back of house
Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
Maintain guest relationships and ensure presence during service hours
Lead team development through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
