Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide your team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
• Set clear goals and help your team achieve them.
• Oversee daily operations and make sure standards are met, from food handling to customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant management.
• Experience with sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to multitask and work hands-on when needed.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
