Location:
Hybrid in Grandview Heights, OH

• Work Schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

Shift:

• Open availability required: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)

Compensation:

• $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding care to members, partners, plan sponsors, and investment professionals.
• Address inquiries related to accounts, plan fees, regulations, and product features.
• Analyze customer issues, provide effective solutions, and aim for first-contact resolution.
• Educate customers on product benefits, including tax implications, penalties, death benefits, and more.
• Identify and address customers’ unstated needs with consultative insights.
• Stay informed on product updates and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to support engagement.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, state/local laws, plan documents, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related fields highly desirable.
• Ability to comply with FINRA rules and regulations.
• Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
